JUDGMENT : 1. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Counter affidavit filed today on behalf of opposite party no. 5, is also taken on record. 3. It is informed by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the opposite parties that in view of the order dated 3.1.2017, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. It appears that vide order dated 3.1.2017, the fair price shop with respect to Gram Panchayat Sarangpur, Tehsil Sadar, District Faizabad, has been settled in favour of opposite party no. 5. 5. The writ petition, as such, having become infructuous is dismissed.
