It is submitted by learned senior counsel appearing for the appellants that the amount of compensation has been deposited before the High Court. Let 50% of the amount be disbursed to the claimants. With respect to the remaining 50% there shall be stay till the next date of hearing. 4. In the meantime there shall be stay of the impugned judgment and it will be not followed in other cases.
