AMOL RATTAN SINGH

body2017
JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners were terminated from service/not taken back in service after 07.10.2015, they were replaced by another set of daily wage employees the next day itself. 2. Even if that contention were to be accepted, the petitioners having approached this Court in July 2017, i.e. more than one year and nine months after the alleged termination and replacement by a similarly placed set of employees, at this stage, the writ petition cannot be entertained. 3. If the petitioners have any grievance qua non-compliance of Section 25-F or other provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, they would obviously be at liberty to approach the Labour Court in support of their grievance. That Could would consider any such petition in accordance with law. With the above observations, this petition is disposed of.
