JYOTI SARAN, J.:–Heard Mr. Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Prakash Kumar learned counsel for the Power Distribution company. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the installation of over head high power transmission line which according to the petitioner has been installed over his raiyati land. In view of the legal position so settled by the Supreme Court in the case of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited Vs. Century Textiles & Industries Limited and Ors. arising from Civil Appeal No. 10951 of 2016 and the liberty present at paragraph 26 of the judgment, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner, if so advised, to avail of the liberty so granted by the Supreme Court by approaching the District Judge concerned. 3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
