ORDER : In the peculiar facts of this case, the State Government is directed to pay an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs), by way of a Demand Draft drawn in the name of the non-applicant-workman, within two weeks from today in full and final settlement of the entire claims as arising out of the civil appeal. 2. It is made clear that there shall be no further extension of time for compliance of this order. 3. In view of the above, I.A. No. 3 of 2016 is disposed of.
