ORDER : 1. Delay condoned. 2. Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the parties. 3. We do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned judgments passed by the High Court. 4. In view of this, we find no merit in the appeals and special leave petitions. 5. Accordingly, the appeals and special leave petitions are dismissed.
