JUDGMENT : GURMIT RAM , J. 1. Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of short affidavit of Sh. Sucha Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Qadian, Police District Batala on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5. It is mentioned in the affidavit that proceedings under Section 107/151 Cr.P.C. were initiated against the detenue-Baljeet Singh Daduwal and he was produced before the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Balata on 01.01.2017 and was sent to Central Jail, Gurdaspur in judicial lock-up. It is further mentioned in the affidavit that detenue was discharged by the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate Batala on 6.1.2017and got released from Central Jail, Gurdaspur on the same date. 2. It is found that from the last two dates, nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 3. In the light of the facts mentioned in the affidavit aforementioned, this petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
