ORDER : ABHILASHA KUMARI, J. 1. Rule. Mr. Ronak Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of Rule for the respondents. 2. This application dated 19.09.2017 has been preferred by the applicant through Jail, with a prayer to enlarge him on temporary bail for a period of thirty days in order to provide financial assistance to his family whose financial condition is stated to be not good. 3. The applicant is undergoing life imprisonment in connection with the offences punishable under Sections-302 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 4. We have perused the averments made in the application as well as the Jail remarks pertaining to the applicant which indicate that his conduct in Jail is good and on the previous occasions when he was released on temporary bail he has surrendered on time. However, we notice that the applicant has served only one year, ten months and eight days of sentence and has been enlarged on temporary bail on two occasions and on Parole on one occasion. Insofar as the grant of temporary bail is concerned, we notice from the Jail remarks that the applicant was recently released on temporary bail in the month of August, 2017, for a period of fifteen days in order to perform agricultural activities. 5. We see no pressing reason in the present application to enlarge the applicant on temporary bail at this stage. 6. Hence, the following order is passed: The application stands rejected. Rule is discharged.
