ORDER : S.G. SHAH, J. 1. So far as Civil Application No. 12902 of 2017 is concerned, Draft amendment is allowed, as prayed for. It is to be carried out at the earliest. 2. Rule. Learned AGP waives service of notice of Rule for respondent - State. Perused the record. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances, when present applicants are affected by the relief prayed in main petition/s, they are certainly necessary party and, therefore, these applications are allowed as prayed for. Cause-title be amended at the earliest. 4. Learned Advocate Mr. J.J Bhatt waives service of notice for newly joined respondent/s. Present applicant shall file reply to main petition, on or before 3.11.2017 5. Civil Applications are allowed and disposed of in above terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly. 6. However, it is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the case and, therefore, if cause survive, petitioner may initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
