ORDER : R. SUBHASH REDDY, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to produce necessary documents in support of his plea that the land allotted is covered by the Eco Sensitive Zone. 2. At the same time, learned counsel appearing for the university submits that in view of pendency of this petition and in absence of any interim relief, respondents are not considering the application seeking required permission for removal of forest growth in the land in question. 3. If any application is filed by the university for removal of forest growth before the forest authorities or revenue authorities, same shall be considered on its own merit without reference to pendency of this petition before this Court. However, it is made clear that forest growth shall not be removed till further orders. Stand over to 11.10.2017
