ORDER : 1. Application for hearing in open Court is rejected. 2. The instant petition is filed seeking review of judgment dated 08.08.2017 passed in the aforementioned civil appeal. 3. We have gone through the review petition and the connected papers. We do not find any merit in the review petition and the same stands dismissed.
