ORDER : M.R SHAH, J. 1. Shri. Trivedi, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Corporation has stated at the Bar that now the samples with respect to 90 roads which were identified randomly are collected and the same are sent to the appropriate laboratories. He has stated at the Bar that the Corporation will pursue the matter with the concerned laboratories so as to see that the reports are received at the earliest. He has also stated at the Bar that in the meantime the certificates of the concerned Officers with respect to the work carried out so far with respect to the resurfacing of the roads shall also be collected and retained by the Commissioner so as to ensure that even the resurfacing work is done as per the terms and conditions and the quality is maintained. 2. Recording the above, with the consent of learned Counsel appearing for respective parties, stand over to 03.11.2017
