ORDER : R. SUBHASH REDDY, J. This matter is placed on the board of speaking to minutes, pursuant to the note submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners with the Registry on 25.10.2017 2. Prior to disposal of this writ petition, which is filed by way of Public Interest Litigation, by this Court vide order dated 11.10.2017, an application was moved for draft amendment, which is already granted by this Court vide order dated 11.10.2017 However, it appears that amended portion is not reflected in the final portion. In view of the same, we direct the Registry to dispatch the fresh order by carrying out the amendment as ordered on 11.10.2017 Further, in the last portion of the order in para 6, it is mentioned, “more than Rs. 1.00 crore”, instead of “Rs. 103.00 crores”. Accordingly, the amount shown in last portion of the order in para 6 stands corrected as “Rs. 103.00 crores”, instead of “more than Rs. 1.00 crore”. Registry to dispatch fresh order by carrying out the correction. This note for speaking to minutes stands disposed of accordingly.
