ORDER : Pradeep Nandrajog, J. The petitioner lodged a complaint stating that he used to let lose the she camel owned by him to graze and one day she disappeared. As per him, the she camel was stolen by the accused. After evidence was recorded the accused was acquitted and the learned Magistrate made stinging observations against the petitioner and the investigating officer for lodging and prosecuting a false case. 2. The petitioner went up in appeal. 3. Strange events took place. The she camel having died was survived by a calf. The appeal has been dismissed by the impugned order dated 5.1.1994. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is to the possession of the calf born to the she camel being ordered to be given to the accused. 5. The argument of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the learned Judge should have passed no orders concerning the calf, leaving it for the parties to litigate in a civil court. 6. What is the fate of the calf is not known to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 7. Whether the calf, which would have now become an adult, is living or not, is not known. The calf I am told was 3 years of age in the year 1991. Further I am told that the life span of a camel is 18 to 20 years. 8. If this be so the calf is also dead. 9. The revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
