JUDGMENT Mr. H.S. Madaan, J.:- This is a petition for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner – Gauri Shankar, an accused in case FIR No.127 dated 22.7.2017, under Section 15 of the NDPS Act, registered with Police Station Sadar, Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur. 2. Notice of motion. 3. At the asking of the Court, Mr.K.S. Aulakh, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent – State. Copy of the petition is supplied to him. 4. As per the facts of the case, on receipt of secret information, a raid was conducted on 22.7.2017 by the police whereas on seeing the police party, Gauri Shankar (petitioner) ran away throwing the bag which on being checked was found to contain poppy-husk weighing 10 kgs. 5. Heard. 6. The petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Court of Judge, Special Court, Hoshiarpur within seven days from today and to move an application for regular bail which be decided within ten days. 7. The petitioner shall not be arrested till the decision of the regular bail.
