JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of the petitioners' grievance, he has made a representation to the Director, School Education, Haryana, on 3.7.2017, a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure P-4 with the petition. 2. Without going into the issue of how any regularization of services of employees can be made contrary to the ratio of the judgment in Secretary, State of Karnataka and others vs. Umadevi and others, (2006) 4 SCC 1 , since other persons similarly situated are stated to have been regularized, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director, School Education, Haryana, to take cognizance of the petitioners' claim as per his representation, Annexure P-4, and to pass a speaking order within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 3. It is again made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the validity of any orders regularizing the services of even similarly situated persons.
