ORDER : Adarsh Kumar Goel, J. Heard. 2. Without expressing any opinion on merits, we direct that proceedings in HMA Petition No. 1421 of 2017 titled "A. Ravinder Singh v. Variender Kaur" on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Courts, Dwarka, New Delhi, shall stand transferred to the Family Court at Chandigarh, Punjab, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement that petitioner will not object to video conferencing prayer of the respondent to the extent permissible under the law. 4. The Registry to transmit a copy of this order to the courts concerned. Records shall be sent to the transferee Court forthwith. Parties to appear before the transferee Court on Monday, 22nd January, 2018. 5. The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed with the above direction. 6. Since this order is being passed ex-parte, it will be open to the respondent to approach this Court, if aggrieved.
