ORDER : D.N. PATEL, J. 1. This Letters Patient Appeal has been preferred by the original petitioners being aggrieved and, feeling• dissatisfied with judgment and order delivered by learned Single Judge in WP (S) No. 2986 of 2016, judgment and order dated 12th September, 2017, whereby the petition for getting stay of their transfer has been dismissed. The transfer order is at Annexure-7 to this memo of appeal, which is dated 17th May, 2016. 2. Having heard learned counsels, for both sides and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appear that these appellants are original petitioners and they were transferred vide order dated 17th May, 2016 by the office of the Additional Director General, NCC, Bihar and Jharkhand. 3. It ought to be kept in mind that the those who are in service of the Government, they are bound to be ready for their transfer. Transfer is an in-built condition. The transfer of the appellants was along with other employees also as stated in Annexure-7. The transfer has been made on administrative ground along with rationalization within the Directorate postings. Thus, on administrative exigency and for rationalization with the Directorate offices, these appellants (original petitioners) have been transferred. 4. It has become a fashion in this country that few people, who are well established in their services, want to remain on one place continuously as far as possible but, always they cannot be accommodated. 5. Enough is enough. The appellants were transferred much earlier i.e. on 17th May, 2016. The status quo was granted on 30th June, 2016 and they enjoyed the status quo till their writ petition is being dismissed. Such additional period to continue on the said posts has also been enjoyed by them. 6. As stated above, transfer is in-built condition of the service. They are bound to go from one place to another place looking to the administrative exigency. This aspect of the matter has been properly appreciated by the learned Single Judge while dismissing the writ petition. Hence, there is no substance in this Letters Patent Appeal and the same is, hereby dismissed. Stay of any kind including status quo is vacated. Appeal dismissed.
