ORDER : 1. In the course of hearing, Mr.Gopal Subramanium and Mr.Parag P.Tripathi, learned senior counsel have produced a communication dated 29.11.2017 by the Solicitor of the Committee of Administrators. A copy of the said letter along with annexures has been served on Mr.Gunjan Rishi, the assisting counsel of Mr.Puneet Bali, learned senior counsel. Let the reply to the said letter along with annexures be filed within two weeks hence. 2. The matter be listed in the second week of January, 2018 on a non-miscellaneous day. All the I.As shall be considered on the same day. The grievance of the Puducherry Cricket Association shall also be considered on the same day. The Committee of Administrators is directed to file the chart on that day which would reflect their comments on the draft Constitution and the suggestions thereof. The SGM shall function as per the previous direction and there shall not be any deviation therefrom. 3. Mr.Soli J.Sorabjee, learned senior counsel submits that he has filed I.A.No.124996/17 on behalf of the Uttarakhand Cricket Association for intervention. The Grievance made in the application shall be looked into by the Committee of Administrators. I.A. stands disposed of accordingly. 4. Mr.Rahul Mehra, learned counsel submits that he has filed I.A.No.110509/17 on behalf of the Association of Chattisgarh Cricket. The Grievance made in the application shall be looked into by the Committee of Administrators. I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
