ORDER : Heard the counsel for the parties and on their consent this petition is disposed of as under:- That the impugned order dated 17.03.2015 rejecting the petitioners candidature for appointment as Teacher Grade-III pursuant to the recruitment examination 2013 for reason of not reporting for verification of documents within time will not obstruct the petitioner’s consideration for appointment as Teacher Grade-III if found meritorious in terms of the revised merit list now being drawn afresh pursuant to the Teacher recruitment examination 2013. If the petitioners are meritorious and find place in the revised select list they shall then be offered appointment afresh subject to the verification of their documents. The petitioners shall be under obligation to submit a copy of this order to the CEO, Zila Parishad, Ajmer for his record and necessary actions. Proof of submission of the copy of this judgment be obtained by way of a receipt from the CEO, Zila Parishad, Ajmer under his seal. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
