ORDER : 1. The petitioner and the respondent are personally present before us. We are informed that their child is also available in Delhi. 2. We direct the petitioner/Dr. Benoy Idicula Babu and the respondent/Dr. Nisha Saira Benoy to take their child and all three of them to go to Mr. Thomas Joseph, learned Senior Counsel of this Court for mediation, after ascertaining his time and convenience. 3. For the time being, nobody else need accompany the three when they are with the learned Senior Counsel. 4. List the matters tomorrow i.e. on 06.12.2017 at 2.00 P.M.
