It is jointly submitted by the learned advocates for the respective parties that, the Special Civil Suit Nos. 244 of 2016 & 245 of 2016 in the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vadodara, are disposed of. 2. These three Appeals from Order are arising from the orders passed in the said suits. 3. In view of disposal of the said suits, no further adjudication is required. These Appeals are disposed of. Notices are discharged. Interim relief granted earlier stands vacated. 4. Civil Applications would not survive and are also disposed of.
