ORAL ORDER : ANANT S. DAVE, J. Rule. Learned APP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent-State. 2. This application has been filed for releasing the applicant, a life convict, on temporary bail on the ground to help his wife as she has recently given birth to a baby girl. 3. Heard learned APP for the respondent-APP as well as learned advocate for the complainant. Perused the papers available before us. 4. Considering the ground raised in the application, we find that a case is made out to grant temporary bail to the applicant. Accordingly, the convict-the applicant, is ordered to be released on temporary bail for the period of 07 (seven) days, on usual terms and conditions, upon the convict executing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) before the jail authority. He shall surrender before the jail authority immediately after the aforesaid period is over. Rule is made absolute accordingly. 5. The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the concerned jail authority.
