ORDER : 1. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying this Court to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.100 of 2017, dated 28.05.2017 on the file of the first respondent Police and to quash the same, as far as the Petitioner is concerned. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the state and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3. A perusal of the records would show that the allegations levelled against the Petitioner are specific in nature involving the Petitioner in the commission of offence and hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
