ORAL ORDER : J.B. PARDIWALA, J. Mr. Dharmesh Devnani and Ms. Moxa Thakkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutors appearing in the respective matters pray for time to file a detailed report in the form of an affidavit of the Investigating Officer as regards the investigation carried out so far. This Court had directed the Investigating Officer to remain present today with the papers of the investigation. The Investigating Officer is present today with the papers of the investigation. One last opportunity is granted to the State to make its stance clear as regards the investigation carried out so far. 2. At this stage, Mr. S.V. Raju, the learned senior counsel appearing with Mr. Niral Mehta, the learned counsel submitted that an application has been filed on behalf of the accused persons for being impleded in the main matter. The application seeking impledment shall be notified along with these two matters on 15th December 2017. 3. Post these matters on 15th December 2017 on top of the Board. On the next date of hearing, the main matters shall also be notified along with the Criminal Miscellaneous Applications.
