JUDGMENT Mr. H.S. Madaan, J. (Oral):- This petition for grant of pre-arrest bail has been filed by the petitioner – Mahesh Arora, an accused in FIR No.365 dated 16.5.2017, under Sections 15 & 16 of NDPS Act, registered with Police Station City, Sirsa, District Sirsa. 2. Learned Stte counsel informs that in pursuance of direction issued vide order dated 7.6.2017 although the petitioner has joined the investigation but had not got effected the recovery of money. 3. Heard. 4. Keeping in view the facts and circumstance of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within seven days from today and to move an application for regular bail which be decided within ten days. 5. The petitioner shall not be arrested till the decision of the regular bail.
