ORAL ORDER : M.R. SHAH, J. RULE. Ms. Reena Kamani, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respective respondents workmen-original petitioners in each of the applications. 2. In the facts and circumstances and with the consent of the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, present applications are taken up for final hearing today. 3. All these applications under Section 5 of the Limitation Act are preferred by the common applicants-original appellants/respondents, requesting to condone the delay in preferring the respective Letters Patent Appeals challenging the impugned common judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge passed in Special Civil Application No. 1611 of 2012 and other allied Special Civil Applications. 4. Insofar as, challenging the impugned orders of confirming the respective judgment and award passed by the Labour Court granting reinstatement, the applications are not opposed by Ms. Kamani, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the original petitioners-concerned workmen herein. Under the circumstances, all these applications are allowed. The delay caused in preferring respective Appeals is hereby condoned and all these appeals are heard today. Rule is made absolute accordingly in each of the applications. No costs. 5. The Registry is directed to notify the main Letters Patent Appeals for admission hearing on 07th December, 2017.
