ORAL ORDER : M.R. SHAH, J. As common question of law and facts arise in these group of applications, all these applications are heard, decided and disposed of together by this common order. 2. RULE. In all these applications, Shri Yogen Pandya, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respective private respondents - original petitioners. 3. In the facts and circumstances and with the consent of the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, all these applications are taken up for final hearing today. 4. All these applications under Section 5 of the Limitation Act have been preferred by the common applicant, requesting to condone the delay in preferring the Letters Patent Appeals challenging the impugned judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge passed in respective Special Civil Applications. 5. Having heard learned advocates for the respective parties and considering the fact that against the impugned judgment and order even the concerned workmen have also preferred the Letters Patent Appeals, and therefore, the issue is at large before this Court, the delay caused in preferring respective appeals is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly to the aforesaid extent in each of the applications. No costs. 6. The Registry is directed to notify the main Letters Patent Appeals for admission hearing on 07th December, 2017.
