JUDGMENT : PUSHPENDRA SINGH BHATI, J. The petitioners have preferred this misc. petition under Section 482 of Cr. P.C. for quashing of the FIR No. 126/2016, dated 26.03.2016, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Barmer, District Barmer, for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 120-B of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 have jointly stated that the compromise has occurred between the parties. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor assures this Court that if such compromise is made, then same shall be taken on record by the investigating authority and investigation shall be completed strictly in accordance with law. 4. In light of the assurance given by the learned Public Prosecutor, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the investigating authority to take the compromise on record and complete the investigation strictly in accordance with law and as per the assurance given by the learned Public Prosecutor. In case, any requirements of arrest is there against the present petitioner, then a notice of 15 days shall be given to the petitioner. Further, the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach this court, in case need arises. Petition disposed of.
