JUDGMENT ORDER Govind Mathur and Mr. Vinit Kumar Mathur, JJ. - Learned counsel for the appellant utterly failed to satisfy us that the appellant in any manner possess requisite qualification to be continued as Technical Supervisor in the Blood Bank as per provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. In view of it, we do not find any wrong with the order passed by learned Single Bench. 2. The appeal is dismissed.
