ORDER : 1. The appellant/husband is aggrieved by an order dated 23.1.2017 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, South-East District, Saket, whereunder an application filed by the respondent/wife under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for seeking pendente lite maintenance has been allowed with directions to the appellant to pay interim maintenance @ Rs.25,000/- per month from the date of filing of the application, i.e., w.e.f. the year, 2013. 2. After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of the appellant to file an appeal at a later stage, if necessary, after the final maintenance payable to the respondent/wife is assessed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts. 3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, along with the pending applications.
