JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners in all these 4 petitions submit that the petitioners herein are covered by paragraph 10 of the judgment of this Court passed in a bunch of writ petitions, the lead case being CWP No.17899 of 2017, decided on 1.9.2017. 2. They further submit that the petitioners in these petitions are similarly situated as those referred to in the 2nd set of petitioners in the aforesaid order of this Court, the impugned transfer orders of all these petitioners having been passed on account of the stay orders passed by this Court in other petitions filed by other employees at an earlier point of time this year. 3. Consequently, upon the petitioners reporting to the places that they have been now transferred vide the orders impugned in these petitions, their cases would be decided as directed by this Court in the aforesaid order passed in CWP No.17899 of 2017 and other connected petitions. Disposed of.
