JUDGMENT KURIAN, J. Leave granted. 2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the parties have settled their entire disputes outside the Court and, therefore, it is prayed that in terms of the Compromise Deed dated 05.10.2016 these appeals may be disposed of. I.A. No.1/2016 is filed for the same. The terms of settlement have been produced as Annexure R/1 along with I.A. No.1/2016. 3. I.A. No.1/2016 is allowed and these appeals are disposed of in terms of the Compromise Deed dated 05.10.2016. The said Compromise Deed shall form part of this order. 4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of. 5. There shall be no orders as to costs.
