JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. The petitioner, who is working as a Driver in the Haryana Roadways, having been transferred out from Rewari to Jhajjar on 22.08.2016, vide the order Annexure P-1, is shown to have been transferred from Jhajjhar to Faridabad within one year of the earlier transfer, i.e. on 15.06.2017, vide the order Annexure P-3. 2. Unless the petitioner is covered by the exceptions carved out in the policy Annexure P-4, he has been obviously transferred against the terms of the policy, which stipulates that a person would not normally be transferred out before completing two years at a particular station. 3. Consequently, this petition is allowed in the same terms as the petitions allowed on 01.09.2017, the lead case being CWP No. 17899 of 2017, the present petitioner having been shown to be similarly placed as the “first set of petitioners” referred to in that petition. 4. In view of the above, the impugned order Annexure P-3, stands quashed qua the petitioner.
