JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. The petitioner in this case having approached this Court more than three months after he was relieved from the Bhiwani depot, even though he was relieved at that stage about one year and 7 months after him being posted to Bhiwani from Charkhi Dadri, with now only two months remaining for 2 years to be complete, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to go into the issue and see whether the petitioner would be covered by the ratio of CWP No.17899 of 2017, decided on 01.09.2017, i.e. as to whether the petitioner has a lesser stay than other persons in the Haryana Roadways Bhiwani depot and therefore would need to be retained at the said depot, with some other persons with a longer stay to be posted out or not. 2. The necessary rationalization process be undertaken within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
