JUDGMENT : Rajesh Bindal, J. The grievance of the petitioners is that possession of 6 marlas of land, which was left out of acquisition, has not been given to enable him to utilize the same. It was submitted that the petitioners owned 1 kanal 6 marlas of land out of which 1 kanal of land was acquired, whereas 6 marlas of land was left. However, the area, which was left out of acquisition, was not demarcated. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from Jeet Ram, Patwari, office of Land Acquisition Collector, Panchkula, fairly submitted that it is not in dispute that 6 marlas of land owned by the petitioners was not acquired. He further submitted that on 30.12.2016 even demarcation of the land of the petitioners, which was not acquired, was carried out. The petitioners are at liberty to remain in actual physical possession of the aforesaid demarcated portion of land. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts on record, we do not find that any further action by this Court is required to be taken. 4. The petition stands disposed of.
