JUDGMENT : SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. 1. The Decree Holder has sought execution of Judgment/decree dated 24.11.2015 in CS (OS) No. 2731/2012 titled Swarn Lata Agarwal and Another vs. M/s. Narang Medicine Co. whereby, decree of possession was passed against the Judgment Debtor of Shop No. 25, situated at Property No. 1520/II, Ground Floor, Bhagirath Place, Chandani Chowk, Delhi-6, as shown in the site plan, Annexure-A to the plaint. 2. None appears for the Decree Holder. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the Judgment Debtor submits that the Judgment Debtor had assailed the decree up to the Supreme Court, though unsuccessfully and pending the Special Leave Petition i.e. SLP (C) No. 6608/2017, filed by the Judgment Debtor, the parties settled their disputes and the Settlement Agreement dated 30.04.2017 was executed. 4. It is submitted that, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 30.04.2017, the parties duly performed their respective part of the obligations and the Judgment Debtor handed over the peaceful vacant possession of the above referred shop to the Decree Holder. Copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 30.04.2017 has been produced in Court. The same is taken on record. 5. Learned counsel has also placed on record order dated 01.05.2017 of the Supreme Court in SLP (C) No. 6608/2017, wherein, it is recorded that the possession has been handed over by the Judgment Debtor to the Decree Holder. The copy of order dated 01.05.2017 is also taken on record. 6. In view of the above, it is recorded that the Decree stands satisfied. 7. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
