JUDGMENT : ANIL KSHETARPAL, J. 1. Plaintiff is in revision petition against the order dismissing an application for additional evidence. 2. Learned trial Court has noticed that the suit was instituted on 05.03.2012 and the issues were framed on 02.08.2013. Plaintiff took as many as 3 years and 4 months for leading his evidence while availing 30 opportunities. 3. Learned trial Court has further held that the documents in question were already in the knowledge of the plaintiff. The trial Court has further noticed that the case is at the final stage for arguments. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length. 4. The petitioner-plaintiff wants to examine Handwriting and Finger Print Expert for comparison of signatures of Gurnam Singh. The plaintiff has already availed 30 opportunities for leading his evidence. 5. As per the finding of the Court, the aforesaid documents were in the knowledge of the plaintiff which is not proved to be erroneous. 6. For the reasons stated above, I do not find any good ground to interfere with the order passed by the trial Court. Revision petition is dismissed.
