ORDER : This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying this Court to direct the second respondent to secure the above said accused person in Crime No.6 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3. It is the case of the Petitioner that the accused in Cr.No.6 of 2017 attacked the Petitioner and threatened her using filthy language. Though a case was registered, it appears that the case was closed as 'mistake of fact' and the closure was also duly informed to the Petitioner, who is the de-facto complainant. 4. In view of the above-said submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition and accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
