ORDER : 1. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying this Court to direct the second respondent to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued in Cr.M.P.No.267 of 2015 in M.C.No.45 of 2012, on the file of Family Court, Trichy, dated 7.3.2016 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3. Considering the nature of the case and the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) undertakes to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the third respondent, within a period of two weeks. 4. Recording the above said submission, the second respondent-Police is directed to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the third respondent in Cr.M.P.No.267 of 2015 in M.C.No.45 of 2012, on the file of Family Court, Trichy, dated 7.3.2016, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
