ORDER : Akil Abdul Hamid Kureshi, J. 1. As previously recorded, Nehala Memon aged about 23 years had indicated her desire to live with the petitioner. She was accordingly allowed to go with the petitioner. This petition for habeas corpus was kept today only to inquire about the well being of Nehala and to ascertain her wish. Today she has filed two affidavits dated 21.7.2017 and 30.1.2017 which are taken on record. She orally stated before us that she is happy at the place where she is residing with the petitioner and she has not changed her mind about it. 2. In that view of the matter, ordinarily, no further discussion would be needed in the habeas corpus petition. However, Nehala herself and through her advocate made a strong plea for returning of her belongings and documents from the shelter home where she was previously living. It is not part of this habeas corpus petition. We have no basis to accept her version that all the mentioned documents and belongings are in custody of the shelter home and at any rate we are not inclined to examine this issue in an unrelated petition. 3. With these observations, the habeas corpus petition is disposed of.
