JUDGMENT : 1. The instant application has been filed by applicant/respondent No.1 stating that in the order dated 13.03.2017 due to typographical mistake in the order passed in batch of appeals in Main appeal, CIMA No. 10/2015 instead of writing CIMA 19/2015, it has been wrongly written as 19/2016. 2. In view of the above, in the order dated 13.03.2017 instead of CIMA No. 19/2016 it shall be read as CIMA 19/2015 titled Oriental Insurance Company v. Bishamber Lal and ors. This order shall form part of order dated 13.03.2017 passed in batch of petitions main appeal being CIMA No. 10/2015. 3. Registry to make necessary corrections accordingly. MP No. 01/2017 is disposed of.
