ORDER : Dismissing the Petitioner's application filed under 156(3) of Cr.P.C, the present revision has been filed. 2. The Petitioner said to have given a complaint against the respondents herein before the Gangaikondan Police Station alleging that due to civil dispute, the respondents have attacked the Petitioner with Aruval and also cheated the petitioner, as the complaint was not registered and no action was taken, he filed a Petition under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. III, Tirunelveli. The learned Judge considering the materials on record, dismissed the said application. Challenging the same, the present revision has been filed. 3. Heard the submissions of Mr. S. Sundarapandian, learned counsel for the Petitioner and considered the materials on record. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the Petitioner was registered in C.S.R.No.99 of 2017 dated 19.4.2017 and it is now pending enquiry. 5. In view of the above, the Inspector of Police, Gangaikondan Police Station, Tirunelveli is directed to complete the preliminary enquiry on the Petitioner's complaint which was registered as C.S.R.No.99 of 2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
