ORDER : Veerendr Singh Siradhana, J. For the matter relates to posting of the petitioner; which according to the counsel for the petitioner, has been made contrary to the policy of the respondents themselves. 2. It is further asserted that the policy of transfer specifically contemplates tenure of posting and consideration of the service profile of the individual, whose transfer is to be made. 3. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the respondents are directed to consider and decide the representation within a time frame in the backdrop of the contemplation under the Scheme drawn by the respondents to effect the transfer bearing No. 09/2013 dated 10th October, 2013, which the petitioner is ready and willing to address within two weeks hereinafter. 4. In view of the limited prayer addressed; the instant writ proceedings are closed with a direction to the petitioner to address a comprehensive representation to the respondents ventilating his grievances. 5. In case, a representation is so addressed within the aforesaid period, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. However, in no case later than four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation along with a certified copy of this order. 6. With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the writ application stands disposed off.
