ORDER : VEERENDR SINGH SIRADHANA, J. 1. Referring to the opinion of the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Smt. Anju Rao v. RPSC, Ajmer,: SBCWP No. 9480/2015, decided on 23rd July, 2015, learned counsel submits that after submission of application by the petitioner for consideration of her candidature for appointment to the post of School Lecturer, her husband died on 7th August, 2017; however, her category to “Widow” was not changed, despite a request made on 25th August, 2017. 2. Heard. 3. Issue notice on writ as well as stay application, returnable on 9th November, 2017. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would deposit process fee and take out notice for service on respondents. 5. Steps be taken within two days. 6. In addition, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to serve a copy of the writ application along with annexures thereto, in duplicate, in the office of Mr. Sanjay Kr. Sharma, G. C. and Mr. M. F. Baig, representing respondent-RPSC, and file evidence in the Registry. 7. In that event, Registry is directed to reflect the name of Mr. Sanjay Kr. Sharma, G. C. and Mr. M. F. Baig, as counsel for the State-respondents. 8. In the meantime, respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner on merits in the category of Widow (SC).
