ORDER : VEERENDR SINGH SIRADHANA, J. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on institution of writ application earlier, an agreement was arrived at between the parties, which has been recorded by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in its order dated 14th September, 2016, which did not contemplate any condition permitting the respondent-GVK-EMRI to transfer them out of the district for the petitioners are engaged on daily wages basis @ Rs. 350/- per day. 2. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners have been working on a very meager amount of Rs. 6000/- per month, yet they are now sought to be transferred to the distant districts from District Tonk, while vacancies are still in existence at District Tonk. 3. According to the learned counsel, this coercive method has been adopted only on account of a notice for contempt was served by the petitioners. 4. Heard. 5. Issue notice on writ as well as stay application, returnable on 8th November, 2017. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner would deposit process fee and take out notice for service on respondents. and take out notice for service on respondents. Steps be taken within three days. 7. In addition, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to serve a copy of the writ application along with annexures thereto, in duplicate, in the office of Mr. Shyam Arya, AAG and Mr. Rajneesh Gupta, Advocate, who appeared in the earlier writ proceedings for the State-respodents and respondent-GVK-EMRI; and file evidence in the Registry. 8. In that event, Registry is directed to reflect the name of Mr. Shyam Arya, AAG and Mr. Rajneesh Gupta, Advocate, as counsel for the respondents.
