ORDER : DINESH MEHTA, J. 1. Pursuant to the questions posed by this Court on 23.10.2017, Dr. P. Dave, learned Additional Government Counsel, representing Municipal Council, Srigangangar informs that other three persons mentioned in communication dated 23.03.2017 namely Ganesharam, Rajveer Singh & Shyam Sunder are still continuing with the respondents. 2. On the basis of communication dated 01.11.2017 sent by the Municipal Council to her, learned Additional Government Counsel informs that the contract/arrangement with these three employees has however been extended on 08.07.2017 3. Looking to the nature of controversy involved and keeping in view the fact that similarly situated persons are still continuing with the respondents, this Court does not find any reason to vacate the interim order dated 25.04.2017 passed by this Court. 4. The application under Article 226(3) of the Constitution of India is therefore, rejected. 5. Mr. B.S Sandhu, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 5 prays for and is allowed four weeks' time to file reply. 6. Interim order dated 08.09.2017 passed in Second Stay is extended till the next date of hearing, which is being fixed as 06.12.2017.
