ORDER : This Criminal Original petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No.64 of 2015. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent. 3. Based on the complaint received from the second respondent, the case was registered in Crime No.64 of 2015, dated 15.03.2015 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 447, 448, 379 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. 4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that the complaint was closed as mistake of fact. Hence, this petition need not be entertained. 5. Accordingly, recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However the first respondent is directed to see that the closure report is served in the manner known to law on the second respondent/de-facto complainant.
