This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners being aggrieved with the decision of the State Government to transfer 92 bighas of agriculture land of the agriculturists from 11 NTR to 13 NTR for the purpose of providing irrigation facility to their agriculture fields. 2. The petitioners claiming themselves as resident of 13 NTR have filed this writ petition alleging that with the transfer of 92 bighas of land of Chak 11 NTR to 13 NTR, the existing irrigation facility to their agriculture fields will be adversely effected. 3. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and after going through the material available on record, it appears that the apprehension of the petitioners to the effect that with the transfer of 92 bighas of the agriculture land from 11 NTR to 13 NTR their irrigation facility will be effected, is without any basis. Hence, no interference is called for in this writ petition and the same is hereby dismissed. 4. However, the respondent authorities shall ensure that with the transfer of 92 bighas of agriculture land from 11 NTR to 13 NTR the existing irrigation facility to the agriculturists of 13 NTR may not adversely effected. 5. Stay petition also stands dismissed.
