ORDER : Dinesh Mehta, J. I.A No. 6174/2017. 1. The petitioner has moved the present application, seeking disposal of the present writ petition in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties. 2. Mr. Abhinav Jain, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners informs that the parties have arrived at settlement/compromise, which has been duly submitted by the parties before the Trial Court to pass a decree in terms of the settlement. However, Trial Court could not pass appropriate orders in view of the fact that further proceedings in the suit have been stayed by this Court vide order dated 27.10.2014 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. Instead of deciding the present writ petition in terms of settlement, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. As a result of disposal of the present writ petition, the Trial Court shall be free to pass appropriate orders in terms of the settlement, said to have been arrived at between the parties.
